The following Research Induction Manual is a universal Induction Manual, designed to be relevant to the research workforce across all Trusts and primary care settings.

The purpose of this manual is to help orient you in your new role working for the Clinical Research Network West of England or at one of its partner organisations.

The manual sets out the key areas of knowledge required for a role in research and is focused on helping you during the first three months of your post.
